If your property meets the following criteria, we would love to talk about a potential sale, lease, or partnership.

  • At least 0.5 acres and preferably 1.0 to 1.5 acres
  • In retail shopping areas with easy access, visibility and adequate day-time traffic
  • Sites shaped like rectangles and triangles are better than a square
  • Please include any asking prices, lease terms or proposed deal terms
